Questions people ask

What happens at project three?
On Free, creating a third project is refused with a message that points here. Nothing is deleted and the two you have keep working — upgrade whenever the third one is real.
Can a team change its seats later?
Yes. Seats are a number the team's admin picks, and they change it from the team's billing tab. Stripe prorates the difference on the next invoice.
Will I hit the storage limit?
Almost certainly not. A project's docs are kilobytes; the limits exist so one account cannot fill the database, not to sell megabytes of markdown. And nothing you write is ever deleted.

Content limits are per account, across docs, issues, comments, decisions, memories and uploaded files. Prices exclude VAT where it applies; Stripe handles the invoice.
