Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and LOGZAI SRL, a limited liability company registered in Romania (“we”, “us”), covering the LLMBrain service, its API and MCP endpoint, the dashboard, the command-line tool, and this website. By creating an account or pointing an agent at the service you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

LLMBrain is pre-release software under active development, offered free during an open beta. That is not a formality — it has practical consequences you should plan around:

• There is no uptime commitment and no SLA. The service may be unavailable, slow, or restarted without notice, and your agents will fail to reach it when it is.
• It will contain bugs, including ones that lose or corrupt stored content. We keep backups; we do not promise they will always be enough.
• Features, tool names, API shapes and stored data structures may change between versions, including in ways that are not backwards compatible.
• The beta itself may be paused, changed or ended at any time. If we end it, we will give you a reasonable chance to export your content first.
• Do not use LLMBrain as the only copy of anything that matters. It is a memory layer over work whose source of truth lives in your repositories and your own systems.

Accounts are issued by us; there is no self-signup. Your account is for you, and you may not share it, resell access to it, or let someone else use it as their own.

An API key is a bearer credential. Anything holding it can read and — unless it is a read-only key — write everything the key can reach, and we cannot tell one holder from another. Keeping keys secret is your responsibility: store them where you would store any other credential, give agents a read-only key where reading is all they need, and revoke a key the moment you suspect it has leaked. Tell us at hello@llmbrain.dev if you think an account has been compromised.

You are responsible for everything done with your credentials, including by an agent acting on your behalf.

LLMBrain is built to be written to by software. When a coding agent creates a doc, files an issue or updates a status note using your key, that content is treated as yours, submitted by you — the same as if you had typed it into the dashboard.

Two things follow, and both are yours to manage rather than ours. An agent can be wrong, so content it writes may be inaccurate and content it overwrites may be lost; and an agent writes what it finds, so anything in your working directory — secrets included — can end up stored if you let it. Nothing in the service inspects or filters what is written.

You own everything you and your agents store in LLMBrain — every doc, issue, decision, comment and skill. We claim no ownership of it and no rights over the software, products or businesses it describes.

To run the service we need a narrow, practical licence over that content: permission to store, copy, back up, index, transmit and display it back to you and to the people you share it with, including sending passages to our embedding provider so that search works — as described in the Privacy Policy. That licence exists only to provide the service, it is not exclusive, and it ends when you delete the content or close your account.

We do not train machine learning models on your content, and we do not permit our providers to.

This is the most important clause on this page. LLMBrainstores context and returns it to a language model, which will act on it. It does not verify it. Content can be out of date, wrong when it was written, or wrong because an agent wrote it, and an agent reading it will not know the difference.

You remain responsible for reviewing any code, decision or change that comes out of a session informed by LLMBrain before you ship it, run it, or rely on it. Treat what the brain returns as notes from a colleague, not as a certified record. We are not liable for the consequences of code written, changes made, or decisions taken on the strength of stored context.

LLMBrain is not certified for any safety-critical, medical, aerospace, financial or otherwise regulated use, and must not be relied on as the record of one.

• Resell, sublicense or rent access to the service, or share your account or keys with people who have no account of their own.
• Store content you have no right to store, infringe anyone else’s intellectual property, or store personal data about other people without a lawful basis for doing so.
• Use the service unlawfully, or to store or distribute unlawful material.
• Attempt to reach another account’s data, probe or circumvent authentication or access controls, or interfere with the service’s security.
• Load the service in a way that degrades it for others — scripted floods, runaway agent loops, or bulk scraping. We may rate-limit or suspend an account that does, and during the beta we may set usage limits without notice.

Security researchers are welcome: if you find a vulnerability, tell us at hello@llmbrain.dev before telling anyone else, and do not access other people’s data while proving it.

We actively want your feedback, and the beta exists to collect it. If you send us a suggestion, bug report or feature request, you allow us to use it to improve LLMBrain without any obligation of confidentiality, payment or attribution. You keep any rights you hold in the underlying material you send.

We will not treat a suggestion as confidential unless we have agreed otherwise in writing, so please do not send us anything commercially sensitive.

LLMBrain is free to use during the beta. We may introduce paid plans later. Taking part in the beta does not entitle you to a free or discounted plan afterwards, though we will tell beta participants what is changing before it changes, and give you time to export your content if you would rather leave.

LLMBrain is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or completeness of stored or retrieved content, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, that search will return any particular result, or that any defect will be fixed.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any right you have as a consumer that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights stand regardless of anything above.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, nor for lost profits, lost revenue, lost or corrupted content, wasted engineering time, business interruption, or the cost of substitute services — whether or not we were warned such loss was possible.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the greater of the amount you have paid us for LLMBrain in the twelve months before the claim, or €500. During the beta, the amount you have paid is normally zero.

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You may stop using LLMBrain at any time and ask us to close your account, which ends these terms and deletes your content as described in the Privacy Policy. Export what you want to keep first — the API and the command-line tool will read all of it back to you.

We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms, if your usage threatens the service for others, or if we discontinue the beta or the product. Except where a breach makes it impossible, we will give you notice and a chance to export your content before deleting anything.

LLMBrain is in active development, and these terms will change as the product does — particularly when paid plans or team accounts arrive. We will update the date at the top of this page, and tell account holders about anything significant. Continuing to use LLMBrain after a change means accepting the updated terms.

These terms are governed by Romanian law, and the competent courts of Romania have jurisdiction over any dispute.

If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your own country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts where EU law gives you that right. Consumers may also raise a complaint with Romania’s consumer protection authority, the Autoritatea Națională pentru Protecția Consumatorilor (ANPC) — anpc.ro.
